I kept looking for the loophole, the catch, and waiting for the bomb to drop. It never did. From day one, your staff presented a thirty-year fixed mortgage at 3% with down payment assistance. I am now in a home beyond my expectations and if it was not for the bond money, I could never afford this house. The work being done by the Prichers, The Mortgage Company, the Construction Crew and New Millennial Homes I feel undoubtedly is of divine origins. To raise someone's living standard is powerful gift.
I found my experience with the Prichers to be most pleasurable and highly professional. They patiently guided me through the home buying process. There was no high-pressed sales pitch. The house and deal is more than enough to sell itself. The Prichers are good, direct, down to earth, knowledgeable, and honest people. The staff handled everything with promptness.
The house is of solid construction and New Millennial Homes carefully, thoughtfully laid out the floor plan as if it was their home. There are special touches every where. I thought I would find shortcuts because of the deal there were none. I am looking for the people to pass on my good fortune to.
